In existing buildings there is wiring where access to the 230V connection of the consumer is not easily possible. e.g. lighting fixtures permanently installed in the wall. The Digital Strom dSready "IC REG switch-dimming" module is intended for installation in the sub-distribution and for connecting electrical loads such as ceiling and wall lights. This means that connected lights can be switched on and off via the 230V power line via Digital Strom commands and their brightness can be changed in dimmer mode.
