Version: Schuko plug. In rare cases, when operating electrical devices, high interference pulses are introduced into the 230 V network, which can impair Digital Strom communication. This can be the case, for example, when several switched-mode power supplies are operated in close proximity at the same time. In such cases, the device filter is inserted between the connecting cable of the interfering device and the socket and minimizes the impact on the network caused by high-frequency interference. If transmission interference occurs in a Digital Strom installation, the interfering device should first be identified using the exclusion process. To do this, the transmission rate of the devices can be checked using the statistics in the Digital Strom configurator. If a device with a poor transmission rate appears there, you can identify the corresponding device and eliminate the interference using a device filter.
