The Digital Strom Meter (dSM25) communicates with all Digital Meter devices and terminals in the connected, separately fused circuits. In addition, the dSM precisely measures the associated power consumption. The dS485 bus is used to connect to circuits from other digital meters. For this purpose, all digital electricity meters and an optional DigitalStrom Server (dSS) must be connected to each other via a two-wire communication line.
